My story

  • I was born in Vietnam, where collectivity is deeply woven into our culture. Growing up I was taught to observe the needs of others before my own.

As a sensitive and introverted child, I didn’t just look at the world; I felt its subtle shifts. Little did I know that this sensitivity would become my "superpower" as a UX/Product Designer, allowing me to deeply empathize with the unspoken pains and aspirations of users.

  • My family is a fascinating "blueprint."

My father, an engineer, gave me a love for structured logic. My mother, working in pharma with complex stakeholders, taught me the pragmatism of business. My brother, a graphic designer, inspired my visual soul.

I am the synthesis of them all: a UX/Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of aesthetic beauty, strategic business goals, and human-centric solutions.

  • Life has not only been about bright pixels.

Being a mother of two has taught me infinite patience and the art of observing non-verbal cues.

Having navigated the shadows of post-partum depression, loss, and burnout, I’ve emerged with a deep commitment to psychology and mental wellness. When I design, I don’t just see "user flows"—I see real people seeking a moment of ease. I want my work to be a digital "warm embrace”, a place of safety and trust.

  • When I step away from the screen, I find myself in the stillness of nature, mindfulness, and the tactile world of "craft."

Whether I am styling a plate of food, baking a bread, capturing light through a lens, or feeling the raw earth while making pottery, I bring the same craftsmanship to everything I touch. To me, Product Design is like hand-crafting a ceramic bowl: it must be beautiful to behold, but more importantly, it must feel purposeful and comfortable in the hands of the user.

My Design Philosophy

My Design Philosophy

My approach to product design is a continuous dialogue between my East Asian roots and my life in Scandinavia. I believe that a successful product must not only solve a business problem but also provide a sense of balance and calm for the user.

01 / The Flow of Energy

01 / The Flow of Energy

Inspired by Feng Shui, I view a digital interface as a living environment. I treat white space as "breathable" room and hierarchy as the path for energy (the user's attention). By arranging elements to allow for a seamless flow, I ensure the user never feels overwhelmed, only guided.

02 / The Spirit of Lagom

02 / The Spirit of Lagom

Living in Sweden has instilled in me the concept of Lagom—the pursuit of "not too much, not too little, just right". I strive for functional minimalism, focus on the essential features that drive real value, ensuring the product is as simple as it is powerful.

03 / Organic Aesthetics & Trust

03 / Organic Aesthetics & Trust

My design language is a synthesis of the raw, earthy textures of Eastern craftsmanship and the structural honesty of Nordic architecture. I prioritize organic color palettes, thoughtful typography, and gentle motions that mimic the rhythm of nature. This creates a "warm" digital experience that feels human, intuitive, and, above all, trustworthy.

04 / Strategic Harmony

04 / Strategic Harmony

In my eyes, a product is a bridge between human desires and organizational objectives. Harmony is not just an aesthetic choice; it is a strategic one. I ensure that every user-centric solution I propose also fuels business growth and aligns with stakeholders' visions. True harmony is achieved when the user’s journey leads directly to the product's success.
